Core Operating Modes
* Zero-Emission Mode: Operates exclusively on battery power for zero local exhaust emissions, near-silent propulsion, and eliminated vibration during harbor maneuvering or environmentally sensitive cruising.
* Diesel-Electric Mode: Onboard generator sets supply electricity to the electric motors and battery buffers, reducing running hours and wear on main propulsion engines.
* Cross-Over Mode: In twin-shaft layouts, one main engine drives its shaft while generating energy through its e-motor to power house loads or propel the secondary shaft.
* Boost Mode: Combines maximum diesel thermal output with instant e-motor torque, giving a V12 setup the acceleration and total output equivalent to a pure V16 engine.
* Diesel / Regeneration Mode: Main engines propel the vessel while utilizing surplus engine capacity to recharge high-voltage batteries without running auxiliary gensets.
* Hotel Mode: Silent power supply for house loads, air conditioning, and stabilization directly from the HV battery bank without running diesel generators at anchor.
